We at SWAMI PLAST INDUSTRIES have been manufacturing Nozzles for Cooling towers for the last 15 years. We have evolved with different designs needed by the industry with our designs & also with customer's designed spray Nozzles.
The Nozzle has two parts mainly Filter & Stem. Filter usually has slots for restricting the resin or gravel from passing through along with water. The flow through Nozzle is decided No. of slots, slot width & length. The Filter nozzle is generally fitted to the under drain bed with the threaded stem inserted in to the holes where it will be bolted to the plate with washers & Nuts.
