SWAMI PLAST INDUSTRIES make Gear is a rotating machine part having cut teeth , which mesh with another toothed part in order to transmit torque, in most cases with teeth on the one gear being of identical shape, and often also with that shape on the other gear. Two or more gears working in tandem are called a transmission and can produce a mechanical advantage through a gear ratio and thus may be considered a simple machine. Geared devices can change the speed, torque, and direction of a power source. The most common situation is for a gear to mesh with another gear; however, a gear can also mesh with a non-rotating toothed part, called a rack, thereby producing translation instead of rotation.

SWAMI PLAST INDUSTRIES make spare part, spare, service part, repair part, or replacement part, is an interchangeable part that is kept in an inventory and used for the repair or replacement of failed units. Spare parts are an important feature of logistics management and supply chain management, often comprising dedicated spare parts management systems. Capital spares are spare parts although acknowledged to have a long life or a small chance of failure would cause shutdown of equipment for a prolonged period because of the long delivery of their replacement. Spare parts are an outgrowth of the industrial development of interchangeable parts and mass production.

SWAMI PLAST INDUSTRIES is a manufacturing process for producing parts by plastic molding material into a mould. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of materials, including metals, elastomers, confections, and most commonly thermo plastic and thermo setting polymers. Material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mould cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity. After a product is designed, usually by an industrial designer or an engineer, moulds are made by a mouldmaker (or toolmaker) from metal, usually either steel or aluminum, and precision-machined to form the features of the desired part. Injection moulding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest components to entire industrial uses component.
